Common questions
Do I need any prior experience or qualifications?
No prior experience is required for any RSDI course. Training starts from the absolute basics and builds through practical work. The only requirement is genuine interest in learning an automotive trade.
What is the minimum age to enrol?
The minimum age to enrol is 14 years. Students below 18 train in supervised educational practice areas only and do not participate in industrial production activities. Students above 18 may participate in live production work.
Can I visit the institute before applying?
Yes — visiting in person is encouraged. You can see the workshop, meet the team and understand the training environment before committing. Contact us to arrange a visit.
Is there a hostel or accommodation?
RSDI does not currently provide hostel accommodation. Students are responsible for their own accommodation. Contact the team for guidance on local options if you are relocating for the course.
How do I pay the course and admission fees?
Payment details are shared after the team confirms your batch and fee breakdown. Payment can be made by bank transfer, UPI or cash at the time of admission.
